Refund Policy for online purchases
This page document the refund policy for purchases made online. Servadus services offer online purchases of digital tools and consulting support. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days with provisions. Refunds are available when there has been no access to the digital service and consulting services have not commenced.
It is the responsibility of companies to complete Self-Assessment services and does not meet the criteria for a refund. Reminders for incomplete assessments are sent as a courtesy. Companies have the option to upgrade to a full-service assessment.
It cannot be honored if you want a refund after 30 days. If the companies consider their situation unique, the person who made the purchase may contact our sales team for additional consideration.
Refunds will be for the amount paid. Subscriptions, when offered, can be canceled early without a refund.
A notification will be sent on approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within two business days. Next is a second notice we completed the refund request.
The return of funds can take approximately ten days after processing by our account team. We recommend verifying the return of the funds with your company’s financial institution.

Clients may request an exchange for another digital service of equal or less value. Changes to consulting services require the execution of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with a Statement of Work (SOW) followed by a corresponding change order.
